Community notice
Community privacy
Effective 16 August 2026. This notice applies only to the Nebula Studio website community and support forms. The separate product privacy policy remains at /privacy.
What we store
The community uses a random anonymous token stored in your browser. On the server we store only a keyed hash of that token, messages, nicknames, likes, reports, moderation records, and short-lived keyed network fingerprints used for abuse prevention. We do not require a community account.
Purpose and retention
Visible posts remain until moderated. Hidden content is retained for up to 90 days, then reduced to a deletion tombstone for up to 30 days where reply integrity requires it. Reports and moderation records are retained up to 12 months. Rate-limit data is retained no longer than 48 hours; blocks no longer than 90 days.
Support requests
Support messages are queued only for delivery to a private studio destination. Delivered message bodies are cleared immediately. Failed message bodies are cleared after 7 days, and delivery metadata after 30 days. An optional reply email is used only to respond.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, database, and anti-abuse services. A configured transactional email provider may deliver support requests. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers in this phase.
Your choices
Clearing browser storage removes your local anonymous token but does not automatically delete published content. For access or deletion requests, contact [email protected].
